Job Description
- Plan Sales strategy and approach for Solar Projects Sales in specific areas
- Handling Business Development for Solar plants, projects, Developing new key accounts in Pune region
- Solar Lead generation through field visits, Cold Calls.
- Lead the entire sales cycle (Lead-to-Order) contribute to the lead generation efforts, develop & manage pipeline, close deals.
- Responsible to achieve set targets
- Preparing quarterly Business Development Strategy for the region and reviewing the same
- Research and analyze sales options.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects.
- Answering client queries about solution in term of Technical and Commercial benefits
- Maintaining client relations. Collect and analyze information and prepare data and sales reports.
- Updating clients reverts on daily basis.
- Represent the company in the region: attend industry events and exhibitions, communicate with thought leaders and influencers, etc.
Reporting
- Daily report
- Daily update in CRM
- Weekly order review
Requirements
- Preferred candidates who is ready to travel extensively.
- Must have his own 2-wheeler with license.
- Candidate should be good in Hindi and English.
Education and Qualification:
- Engineering in Electrical or Electronics, MBA preferable.
